Users choose the models, ones that run locally on hardware they own or providers they trust, and their data stays on devices they control. The first release, SteerClaw for iPhone and Android, runs the agent on the phone and connects directly to the model the user chooses. On the roadmap, SteerClaw Agent OS runs long-running tasks on a computer the customer owns. The company also makes Steer Astro, a free Vedic astrology app inside ChatGPT built on Swiss Ephemeris calculations, and the Steer app for Android. Steer Corp was founded by Samarth Bhargava, who previously owned the Proactive and Autonomous Agent strategy at Amazon Alexa AI and is a named inventor on six U.S. patents in proactive AI.
